I had something on backorder from vanguardmil.com and I was a little nervous at first, they did a good job keeping me updated though. I got a couple emails letting me know what was going on and giving me an idea of when it should ship. It did take a bit, but I never felt like I was just sitting there guessing. I’d order from them again.

Whoever runs this is doing something right. The box showed up in great shape, everything inside was wrapped up really well, and there wasn’t a single bit of damage.

"Helpful tracking, with one small anxious moment"
I ordered from Vanguard the tracking was reassuring most of the way. At first I felt good because I could see when it shipped and where it was headed, so I wasn’t left guessing. Then it randomly stopped updating for a day or two, and I went from calm to a little nervous fast. But then it started making sense again, and the package showed up just fine. In the end, everything matched the tracking and arrived okay. Good experience overall, just a little slow at one point.

"Good insignia, looked legit to me"
I ordered a couple of insignia pieces from Vanguard, they looked solid when they showed up. The details were close to the older ones I already had, and the stitching and finish didn’t give off that cheap or sloppy look, so yeah, no complaints there.
Shipping was okay, not lightning fast or anything, but it got here fine. I’m going with 4 stars mostly because the packaging was plain and the tracking took a bit to update, which was a little annoying. Still, overall I’m happy with what I received.

"Payment took longer than expected"
The payment did go through in the end, so that part was fine. But this is where it got annoying, it took way longer than I expected, and I wasn’t sure if it was actually processing or stuck. It worked, but the wait was frustrating.

"Easy gift, no extra wrapping needed"
It showed up packed really nicely, so I didn’t have to do anything extra before gifting it. I remember the box had this oddly perfect little crinkle in the tissue paper, which made it look even more put together somehow. Super easy and ready to give right away.

The staff were really helpful and seemed to know the products well. I wasn’t totally sure what gear I needed, but they walked me through a few options and helped me pick the right stuff. Made the whole thing a lot easier, so... yeah, good experience overall

"Checkout worked, but it had a little hiccup"
My order did go through in the end, so that was fine, but the checkout page froze on me once and I had to reload it. Not the worst thing ever, just kind of annoying when you're trying to pay quickly and move on with your day. I guess it happens, but it definitely slowed things down a bit.

The material feels fine, honestly. Soft enough. Doesn’t feel cheap. But the stitching... yeah, it’s kind of uneven in a few spots. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something I noticed right away.

"Solid medal mounting, especially if you’re picky like me"
I’m particular about how my medals look, so I was a little nervous sending them off. They came back clean, straight, and professionally mounted. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but the quality made up for it. I’ve had good luck with Vanguard before, so I might be a little biased, but I’d use Vanguard again

I ordered from vanguardmil.com and thought it would take longer, but it showed up quick. I kept checking the tracking thinking maybe I was reading it wrong, but it updated normally the whole time. No complaints on the shipping speed at all.

I asked vanguardmil.com for a refund and braced myself for the usual headache, because I still remember dealing with another company years ago where it dragged on forever. This time was nothing like that. Support replied in a normal, straightforward way, no strange back and forth, and the money showed up a few days later. I felt relieved when I saw it come through. Overall, really happy with how smooth it was.

I ended up needing to cancel my order, and they took care of it fast... no annoying back and forth or anything. I got the refund update sooner than I thought too. it was a lot smoother than I expected

"Hard to Judge What I Haven’t Actually Used"
I don’t really feel right reviewing a service I haven’t personally used. It would be a bit dramatic to pretend I had some grand experience when, i just don’t have one yet. I only leave reviews when I’ve actually tried something myself
